Gabriel of Urantia is co-founder of Global Community Communications Alliance in Sedona, Arizona, along with Niann Emerson Chase. This unique gathering of change agents from five continents presently consists of eighty adults and twenty-one children. It includes eight elders (in addition to Gabriel of Urantia and Niann Emerson Chase) and thirty-nine mandated ministers. Hundreds attend their Sunday Cosmo Services and other local events. Thousands of others around the world receive their spiritual literature. One such periodical is called the Alternative Voice.

Gabriel of Urantia has brought through the continuation of The URANTIA Book, called Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation, in which The URANTIA Book is the first one-tenth. The Cosmic Family, Volume I, has been published since 1993. The Cosmic Family, Volume II, is soon to be published. Gabriel of Urantia and Niann Emerson Chase first began publishing The Salvington Circuit newsletter on an international basis before his autobiography, The Divine New Order, was written in 1989 and published in June 1992. As early as 1986 Gabriel of Urantia was the innovator of many new spiritual concepts such as: -The upstepping of the adjudication of the Bright and Morning Star versus Lucifer or the upstepping of the earth changes -Point of origin of starseed souls-what planet or universe a soul may be from -Ascension science (the fusion of science and spirituality, the fusion of science and God) -The physics of rebellion -The regathering of the cosmic families -The regathering of significant souls from past lives to come together again to work for a spiritual renaissance

Divine Administration

Global Community Communications Alliance functions as a Divine Administration because it is more than just an intentional community. It is called a Divine Administration because Gabriel of Urantia is an Audio Fusion Material Complement and has had numerous supernatural and paranormal experiences with celestial beings who speak through him, as they use his body to communicate higher spiritual teachings from their dimension to this dimension. This is different from channeling. Since 1989, others who channel are channeling their higher self, their lower self, or a fallen entity. All claims of audio channeling-the use of the voice box of individuals through telepathic communication coming from outside the human body-as well as automatic writing, is from fallen entities. The head administrator of the local universe of Nebadon first fused with Gabriel of Urantia in April of 1989. In December of that same year, Machiventa Melchizedek came to this planet and announced his appointment as Planetary Prince to Gabriel and others. He is the same Melchizedek who materialized on this planet during the time of Abraham and who started the first Schools of Melchizedek, also called the Schools of Salem, from which the name Jerusalem eventually came, which originally meant "a god-loved city of peace."
